Most orders ship within 24 business hours and are subject to delivery timeframes listed below.

Please note: For specialty parts not stocked in our local warehouse, these items must be sourced from the manufacturer and typically ship within 10-14 days.

Delivery timeframes begin when an order is shipped - not upon order placement.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent immediately upon order shipment.

Domestic Shipping

Expected delivery in 2–5 days.

*Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations), or containing hazardous materials or live animals may receive slower service.

USPS | Priority

Fast delivery time: 2-3 Days. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply).

USPS | Express

Fastest delivery times: 1-3 days with a money-back guarantee. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments.

UPS | Ground

For packages up to 150 lbs. Expected delivery in 1-5 days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. 90% of UPS Ground packages are delivered in three days or less.

UPS offers guaranteed delivery and provides tracking information for all shipments.

UPS | 3 Day Select

Delivers to the 48 contiguous states. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Saturday delivery is available. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Saturday delivery is available.

UPS | 2nd Day Air

Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii. Available for packages up to 150 lbs. Saturday delivery is available.

UPS | Next Day Air (Saver)

Delivers from all 50 U.S. states to the 48 contiguous states. Packages can be up to 150 lbs.

UPS | Next Day Air

Delivers to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Packages can be up to 150 lbs. Guaranteed overnight with Saturday delivery.

UPS | Next Day Air (Early AM)

Delivers to the 48 contiguous states and Anchorage, AK. Packages can be up to 150 lbs. Guaranteed overnight with Saturday delivery.

M&M Tool Parts reserves the right to change the shipping carrier or service used to fulfill an order when necessary.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. M&M Tool Parts is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed deliveries, or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address. Any related fees or reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and service conditions. M&M Tool Parts is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, misdelivery, theft, or other delivery issues outside our control.

For USPS shipments, M&M Tool Parts is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, stolen, misdelivered, or not delivered due to USPS handling. Customers may be required to file a claim or inquiry directly with USPS.

Tracking showing a package as delivered will generally be considered confirmation of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically purchased.

International Shipping

USPS | Priority Mail International

Fast international delivery time: 6–10 business days. Ships to about 180 countries. Includes USPS Tracking. Prices are based on weight and destination country.

Includes (with some exceptions) up to $100 insurance for reconstruction of nonnegotiable documents (such as personal correspondence with no cash value) and up to $200 insurance for merchandise (such as gifts and other goods) to cover loss, damage, or missing contents.

USPS | International Express Mail

Fastest delivery time: 3–5 Business Days. Ships to about 180 countries. Includes USPS Tracking. Prices are based on weight and destination country.

mmToolParts.com reserves the right to change your shipping carrier or shipping method at any time, for any reason. mmToolParts.com is not responsible for shipping addresses that have been mis-input by users, nor are they responsible for non-deliverable customer addresses. Should fees incur for mis-input shipping addresses, said fees will be billed to the customer. mmToolParts.com is not responsible for any fees, taxes or duties that may apply to an order after that order has shipped. mmToolParts.com is not responsible for nor will they reimburse orders that have been "disposed of" by customs agencies for non-response/compliance of the receiver.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mmtoolparts.com or call (801) 485-8200 and have your order number available.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Policy:

All electrical parts are non-returnable including but not limited to switches, circuit boards and motors.
All returns of stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return freight is the responsibility of the returnee. Additional shipping fees, duties or taxes apply to a return shipment (including but not limited to the return freight of international orders), are the responsibility of the returnee. Exceptions may apply if purchases are defective and/or an error has occurred in shipping or packaging by fault of mm ToolParts.com or their vendors.
All returns must be made within 30 days of order delivery.
All return items must be returned in like-new condition and original packaging.
mmToolParts.com reserves the right to decline returns.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipment, mmToolParts.com will replace your purchase free of charge. Please contact support@mmtoolparts.com for details regarding item/order replacement.

Special Orders:

A special order item is any part or product that is not stocked in our regular inventory. All special order item returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Manufacturer Satisfaction Guarantees:

Some manufacturers offer Satisfaction Guarantee programs on select power tools. M&M Tool Parts honors the terms and conditions of these manufacturer-sponsored return policies and will provide a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
